As a temporary measure until our online ordering system is fixed,

to place an order simply email your requirements to sales@winstervillageshop.com

In the email subject line - Please include your first and surname and date the order is required. Please place your orders by 12:00 noon for next day collection/delivery.

In the body of the message please include:

1. A contact phone number
2. Is the order for collection or delivery? If for delivery please include the delivery address.
3. If you have an account with the shop please include the account  number, otherwise we accept credit/debit cards or cash on collection.
4. In your order, don't forget to include any specific requirements e.g. number and quantity i.e. weight, volume, of the items required e.g. 1 x 425g Bottle of Heinz Salad Cream, 1 x Gem lettuce twin pack.
5. If necessary please specify any acceptable alternatives e.g. brand, quantity, size. 
6. One of our staff will contact you to let you know that your order is ready for collection/delivery.
7. If items are not available you will be contacted, to discuss your options.

We order on fresh meats on Thursday for receipt on Friday - so please place your order with us by Wednesday.



Critchlows Farm Shop

We order fresh meats on Monday for delivery on Tuesday and again on Wednesday for Thursday.

Fruit and Vegetables

We receive deliveries of fresh fruit and vegetables daily Monday to Saturday. Orders for this produce would need to be with us by noon on the previous day, to guarantee collection.
